This policy explains what information Beaumont Cranes (beaumontcranes.com) collects, how it's used and who it's shared with. Beaumont Cranes connects customers with local crane and rigging providers in Southeast Texas.
Information we collect
Phone calls
Calls to the number on this site go through a call-tracking service that forwards them to a local provider. The service logs basic call details, such as the calling number, date, time and duration, and which page the call came from, so we can measure which pages lead to calls. Calls may be recorded.
Quote requests
If you use the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, city, lift type, date and notes, plus the page you sent it from.
Analytics
This site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and whether call buttons or forms are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
How we use it
- To pass your call or request to a local crane provider so they can respond and quote your job.
- To measure which pages and buttons lead to calls and requests, and improve the site.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the quote form.
Who we share it with
Your call and any quote request go to the local crane or rigging provider that serves your area, so they can contact you about your job. We also use service providers to run the site, the call tracking, the form and analytics. We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep call logs and quote requests only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the form, block cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on. To ask about information we hold about you, or to request its deletion, contact us at info@beaumontcranes.com.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults arranging crane work. It isn't directed at children under 13.
